PepsiCo
Prefect Store Compass
Presentation design
Project Overview:
To build a presentation that would help Pepsi’s field representatives to educate retailers on how to merchandise products within their stores. The existing presentation was ‘traditional’ and ‘flat’ and had lots of product slides that felt very repetitive, it wasn’t clear for retailers how products should be displayed.

My Approach
To bring the client's vision to life, I began by researching the visual style and illustration approaches they had previously used across their brand materials. Through this process, I identified that isometric graphics were a key visual element used to represent the stores and their environments.
To bring the client's vision to life, I began by researching the visual style and illustration approaches they had previously used across their brand materials. Through this process, I identified that isometric graphics were a key visual element used to represent the stores and their environments.
Building on this direction, I developed these elements into detailed 3D assets and integrated them into the interactive presentation. Using animation and smooth transitions, I created a seamless journey from an external view of the stores into the internal store layouts, allowing users to explore each space in a more engaging way.
From there, I designed unique navigation experiences that guided users through the different store areas and highlighted where products and drinks should be positioned on the shelves. This approach transformed a static presentation into an interactive storytelling experience, making the store layouts easier to understand while keeping the experience aligned with the brand identity.
The Outcome
The client adopted the interactive presentation as a key tool for their field representatives, enabling them to clearly identify product locations and shelf layouts during store visits.
Following its introduction, the client saw a significant increase in the number of representatives using the presentation in stores. The interactive structure also allowed users to quickly navigate to the relevant store format and jump directly to the sections most applicable to each visit, making the experience faster, more efficient, and easier to use.
By transforming a static presentation into an intuitive interactive experience, the project improved usability, streamlined in-store conversations, and provided the client with a practical tool that supported their day-to-day operations.
